1. All rates are quoted in Canadian Funds and include room and board, transportation within the territory while hunting, and licensed guide service.
2. Fly-In-Rates do not include the cost of the charter
flight from Nimpo Lake. Because of insurance requirements
these are paid direct by the hunter to the airline. The average
cost per hunter in a four hunter party is between $500 and
$750 and is variable depending upon freight brought in and
the timing of flights required to move harvested game. See
charter
flights.
3. Rates do not include hunting license, angling license,
species license, royalty, firearms import fee, taxidermy or
transport of trophy outside of the territory and the 5% Canadian
Goods and Services Tax. All required licenses are purchased
by us in advance and provided to the hunter at the start of
the hunt. See 2008
license fee.
4. TBA Hunts (ATV and Horseback) are "to be announced". Hunts can be arranged for any hunter within the date range specified provided the minimum party size is met.
5. Hunters who book as a pre-arranged party of the minimum size will not share the camp with other hunters. Hunters who book single or for less than the party size may have to share the camp. All bookings are subject to meeting the party size for the hunt.
6. What to Bring - Hunters are provided with a required equipment list prior to the Hunt. We will rent equipment to hunters who are traveling or do not care to provide some items. With a advance notice we can provide all equipment including firearms.
7. Taxidermy and Customs - Hunters are provided with an information package prior to the Hunt that covers Canada Customs and the temporary importation of firearms, care, transport and customs considerations regarding the harvest, and recommended taxidermy services.
